Q: What is My Open Closet?
My Open Close is a clothing, thrift and or Consignment online store… giving a local girl an expensive fashion finish! You will be able to buy clothing and revamp your style for a new look or get assistance from the fashion consultant.
Labels will range from high-end designers (Marc Jacob, D & G, etc.) to Vintage and/or local trends to chain retail stores (H&M, Ralph Lauren, etc.). With frequent updates, preparing items for sale quality, great monthly sales and fast shipping …Customer Service is everything!
Q: What kind of clothing is here?
Mostly Women’s with sizes ranging from 4-14, Men’s (from time to time), Kids sneakers as well as accessories for all!
Most items have been slightly worn and others never touched (with and without tags)
Q: What is the Return Policy?
All sales are final, as the picture displays each item in great detail!
You’re guarantee quality clothing, which will be clean and in the same condition as advertised. Remember most clothing has been slightly worn so we are not responsible for small marks, wipes or holes in any item sold. If you for some reason are not satisficed, please contact us as you maybe able to return the item for online credit.
Shipping and handling is an outside service selected by the customer and is non-refundable.
Shipping & Handling
Items should arrive to you within 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count as business days. For a small business we handle a significant amount of volume, and each product is worth the wait. Items ship via USPS & tracking information is emailed once the package ships. If you're looking for a status update & it's been over 10 business days or you suspect your package is missing feel free to use the Contact function.
